Small steps, big checks

Owning a house is expensive and very tiring. But our plumber is really adorable, and Skipper loves him. She tried to hug him (he fended her off, as he was lightly coated in sludge). I think we'll keep him for ALL our plumbing needs!

A plumber you like, and trust, is worth his/her weight in gold. Which, incidentally, is what plumbers charge. Time to break out the cookies and idle chit-chat.
