Merry Christmas!

Skipper's favorite present at the moment: box of marbles**
We found out today that the seller of our house-to-be is absolutely not going to make half the repairs we suggested. So if you're looking around for a late holiday gift for us, please make it a quick course in chimney repair and roofing
