Off to School


This morning, Skipper and I left Dutch cheerfully digging in to her first day of first grade. Her old teacher must have talked to her new teacher, because she is sitting next to one mild trouble-maker and across from one notorious trouble-maker. My daughter, the human buffer and rule-enforcer.
