Do as I say

I give a lot of advice to Dutch that I should follow myself. The list is very long (Don't wear flipflop when taking long walks, treats are not for every day, don't say mean things about other people, etc) , but here's the big one, which I say to her at LEAST once every day, and yet somehow can't manage to apply in my own life consistently:
Stop talking (whining/screaming/crying) about the problem, and start working toward a solution.

I don't think very many adults are able to walk the walk all the time on this one. It's hard.
