Dutch has been dancing for two hours. We've been playing a record we have that has Swan Lake on one side and the Nutcracker on the other (medleys, or something), and she's been dancing and narrating complex stories - the ballet involved swans, rats, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, Clara, and other elements from different stories. Then there was a context story with the ballerinas (wearing different colored tights according to their status), and the audience members (a boy, his mom, and his teenage sister, who all got stuck in traffic and ate a snack on the way to the performance, etc.). All this while dancing around the living room pretty much non-stop.
I can't imagine a time when my brain was wired like that.

I think that it is so cool that Dutch is into Star Wars. Has she spoken with her uncle about this?
