Another nice day! Skipper rode her scooter (while wearing her helmet backward), ate fruit two-fistedly, and, yes, wore her favorite Summer Reading t-shirt yet again. And, yet again, there was some romping on the lawn. (Cook can pretty much set his own hours, because his work requires virtually no human contact, so he goes to work obscenely early, and gets home at 3 or 4, depending on whether and where he has to pick up a kid. This makes for hard mornings, but it's pretty great having him come home when the sun is still high enough to make for a relaxed pre-dinner period.)
